Cat's Eye Distillery started with a simple conviction: the best spirits shouldn't need a passport to be world-class. Nestled in Bettendorf, Iowa — heart of the Midwest — we pour that same regional pride into every pour.

Every bottle passes through our hands — and our patience. Here's what that looks like.

We choose our grains and botanicals with the same care a baker gives flour — because the foundation determines everything that follows.

Distill

Our copper pot stills separate the desirable from the rest through heat and time — no shortcuts, no accelerants, just chemistry and craft.

Age

Where whiskey and rum live, oak does the rest. We wait for the spirit to tell us it's ready — not the other way around.

Bottle

Each bottle is hand-filled, labeled, and sealed. Small numbers, big pride. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave the distillery.
